Rajesh Dogra, Chief Customer Experience Officer at Air India, emphasized that the FogCare initiative intends to minimize inconvenience for passengers facing flight disruptions caused by fog. The proactive measures seek to maintain the integrity of the flight schedule network while offering support to affected travelers.

The dense to very dense fog in Delhi on Wednesday significantly reduced visibility across the city to less than 50 meters. Over 40 flights, comprising international departures and arrivals as well as domestic flights, have experienced delays due to the ongoing dense fog conditions. This includes disruptions in both international and domestic flight operations.
