Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky proposed on Monday that the country's existing martial law be extended until February 7, 2025.
The presidential bill on extending martial law has been submitted to parliament, according to the press service of the parliament.
Zelensky in another bill sought lawmakers to extend the general military mobilization in Ukraine for another 90 days, which is due to expire on November 10, Xinhua news agency reported.
The Ukrainian parliament declared mobilization and instituted martial law just after the outbreak of conflict with Russia in February 2022.
