Speaking in admiration, the Bhutanese prime minister revealed that each encounter with PM Modi inspires him to serve the people with more commitment. Recognizing his own position as a student, Tobgay modestly declared, "I have no lessons to teach on leadership; rather, I am here as a learner, ready to learn."

Elaborating on the nature of leadership, he said, "Leadership is not about positions or titles, it is about one's ability to drive transformation. A good leader acts where others fear to tread and believes in possibilities even when others lose faith."
