Watch| 'Indian Missiles Can Flatten Our Airbases, Hit Parked Jets at Will’: Pak Journalist Blasts Islamabad’s Op Sindoor Claims

"As of today, you don't have any S-400-type missile defence system, no Iron Dome, there is nothing to defend yourself against Indian missiles.". India has proved that the missile technology and missile precision they have is enough to hit both your airbases as well as your so-called offices of freedom fighters. So, your worst nightmare is that if they attack your airbases, where your aircraft stand parked, then a lot of damage can be done," Sethi told Samaa TV in an interview.

A well-known Pakistani journalist and political analyst has openly disclosed Islamabad's strategic vulnerabilities, admitting that the country does not have a viable missile defence system that can deal with Indian threats. He also validated that in India's May 7-10 strikes, Pakistan's parked planes at its airbases were hit.

These statements directly challenge Pakistan’s official narrative following Operation Sindoor, in which Indian airstrikes reportedly destroyed multiple terror facilities and military-linked sites in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Islamabad has consistently minimized the impact of these strikes, claiming they were largely symbolic and ineffective.

However, Sethi’s admission contradicts this version, confirming that Indian missile technology successfully bypassed Pakistan’s weak air defences and hit with high precision.

The attacks showcased India's ability to hit key Pakistani airbases and terror infrastructure with impunity, with Pakistan having no effective defence mechanism to safeguard its aircraft, installations, or command centers. For a country that likes to talk up its military might and boasts parity with India, this realization is deeply humiliating.

While Islamabad remained in denial about the extent of damage, independent high-resolution satellite imagery presented a starkly contrasting scenario. The imagery corroborated India's claims and gave unequivocal proof of widespread damage at several Pakistani airbases and terror-associated infrastructure. Runways showed signs of direct hits, hangars and storage units were easily visible, damaged, and compounds nearby that were reportedly used by terror factions were left in ruins. Corroborated by international satellite firms and defence analysts, the pictures negated Pakistan's official statements and highlighted India's success with precision strikes.
