Russia Claims Ukrainian Troops in Kursk Mobilized for New Offensive

He said most Ukrainian troops had been neutralized along with some weapons while trying to push forward; the remaining units were headed into a new area, presumably to try and attack from another angle.

Meanwhile, according to local security authorities, marines of the Russian Black Sea Fleet reported that they had detained a group of 19 Ukrainian servicemen and a sabotage unit near the village of Olgovka in the Kursk region.
