Putin Signs Decree Empowering Confiscation of US property

A dedicated commission under the Russian government will be tasked with identifying US assets and properties within Russia, spanning both movable and immovable properties, securities, shares in Russian enterprises, and property rights that could be utilized to offset any resulting losses.

To facilitate the decree's implementation, the government has been allotted a four-month period to propose amendments to Russian legislation.
