Nothing to do with Hunter Biden tax probe, insists Trump

Trump’s reaction is followed a day after incoming Acting Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen refused to comment in an interview on whether a special counsel will be appointed to investigate Hunter Biden foreign dealings. 


Taking to twitter on Thursday, US President Donald Trump said that he had “NOTHING to do” with the potential persecution that Hunter Biden, son of president elect Joe Biden may face. 

“I have NOTHING to do with the potential prosecution of Hunter Biden, or the Biden family. It is just more Fake News. Actually, I find it very sad to watch!” the Republican president wrote on Twitter.

Trump is due to leave office on Jan. 20.

Hunter Biden has already announced that US Attorney for the District of Delaware is investigating into his tax affairs.
