Reportedly, 95% of cases in Shanghai are still among the people who are already under isolation. The stringent restrictions in the city have left many frustrated. Millions of residents in the city are struggling for food, essential items, medicines etc. Claims of suicides, killing of pets and people screaming from their aparments for help is going viral on social media.
