The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported on Monday that an additional four soldiers lost their lives in Gaza, bringing the total number of casualties to 126 in the ongoing ground offensive. Sgt. First Class Urija Bayer (20) from the Maglan unit succumbed to injuries sustained in combat in southern Gaza on December 14. Sgt. First Class Liav Aloush (21) and Master Sgt. (res.) Etan Naeh (26) from the Duvdevan unit, as well as Master Sgt. (res.) Tal Filiba (23) from the Yahalom unit of the Combat Engineering Corps, were all killed on Sunday during clashes in southern Gaza.
