Haley, addressing her supporters in Concord, acknowledged Trump's earned victory and expressed her desire for a one-on-one debate with him. She reiterated her earlier characterization of Trump's alleged issues with mental competency and challenged him to engage in a debate to address these concerns. The former South Carolina Governor's stance indicates her determination to continue the competition despite the primary setback.
