She added: "Preventing the biodiversity loss is the key to our survival post the pandemic. If we need the old normal days back then we must change ourselves to new normal beings, who not only keep their homes clean but also the environment pollution free. The environment provides us with life-sustaining resources, and it is essential to preserve and protect them."

"With the global pandemic, we all know how living a healthy life is important. Also, I have an interest in such things. I read a lot of books, take online classes and when I feel I have ample knowledge to share, I do. These days, I am taking classes on facial yoga," shared the actress. Lately, Debina also has taken an initiative to help homegrown and budding fashion designers reach out to a wider audience.

"I do not wish to play roles that require me to age on screen. I want to play characters who are as old as me. I understand that as an actor, all roles can be challenging. But in our TV industry, there exists a culture of typecasting. So, if once I age on screen, then it will be difficult to get roles of my actual age," she says.

The actress posted a video in which she talks about the five things to do while battling Covid. She says she ate healthy, stayed hydrated, practised yoga, took medications on time and listened to music. She captioned the post as: "I quarantined for more than 19days.
