"Injuries are a part and parcel of the game. We have the best medical facilities and they are well-equipped  We are in coordination (with NCA). Regarding Shreyas, he's ruled out of this series. After having spent nearly two full days on the field, Iyer complained of swelling in his lower back during the Ahmedabad Test and didn't come to bat in the fourth and final Test against Australia.
