Akash Ambani launches Jio 5G services in Rajasthan's Nathdwara

As per the information received, Akash Ambani will reach Udaipur on Saturday morning by a special plane, from where he will travel to Nathdwara to launch 5G services in the desert state. Ambanis have immense faith in Shrinathji -- the deity of the Ambani family -- from whose temple it had launched Reliance Jio 4G services earlier.
RIL shareholders to get shares on 1:1 basis in soon to be listed JFSL

JFSL would be listed on the Indian stock exchanges. RSIL is currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of RIL and is a RBI-registered non-deposit taking systemically important (ND-SI) non-banking financial company (NBFC). Pursuant to the scheme, shareholders of RIL will receive one equity share of JFSL of face value Rs 10 for one fully paid-up equity share of Rs 10 held in RIL.
RIL posts Rs 15,512 crore net for Q2

For the period ended September 30, 2022, RIL had posted a gross revenue of Rs 253,497 crore up from Rs 191,532 crore logged for the period ended September 30, 2021. The company had registered a net profit of Rs 15,512 crore for the period ended September 30, 2022 up from Rs 15,479 crore posted for same period the previous year.
Fresh threats to Mukesh Ambani and family, Reliance Foundation hospital

Calls were received at the HNRF Hospital's call centre at 12.57 p.m. and at 5.04 p.m. warning to blow up the hospital building, said an official spokesperson. The caller also threatened to take the lives of Ambani, his wife Nita Ambani, and their children Akash and Anand.
Reliance Capital resolution process deadline to be extended by 90 days to Feb 1

The administrator is all set to approach NCLT Mumbai to seek 90 days' extension. This will be the third extension, as the timeline has been extended twice in the past. As per the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) rules, the administrator had to originally close the resolution of Reliance Capital within 180 days -- by June 3.
Reliance Jio to begin Beta trial of 5G in 4 cities on Dussehra

The invites customers in these four cities will get unlimited 5G data with up to 1 Gbps+ speeds. The Beta trial service for other cities will be announced progressively as cities keep getting ready, said the company. The users will continue to avail of Beta trial "until the network coverage of a city is substantially complete to provide the best coverage and user experience to every customer," it said.
Reliance, Sanmina complete JV transaction to build manufacturing hub in India

The joint venture will create a world-class electronic manufacturing hub in India, in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Make in India' vision. Maheshwari and Hima Kohli said: "Considering the facts and circumstances on record and the submissions advanced in the review petition, we deem it appropriate to allow application for listing of the instant petition in open court. Let this review petition be listed in court on October 12, 2022."
IDBI Trustee asks Reliance Capital administrator to withdraw allegations of breach of confidentiality

In a letter to Rao, IDBI Trusteeship Services said the allegations have been made on the basis of a media article which said IDBI Trustee has alleged that RCap CoC minutes do not accurately reflect discussions. "At the outset we are surprised to note the contents of your email which are baseless, unsubstantiated and far from the truth. We deny the same," IDBI Trustee said in the letter to Reliance Capital administrator.
