There has been conversation around the fact that we need to be flexible: Dravid

SA v IND: This ODI series has been a "good eye-opener" for us, says Dravid
Fighting fifties by Virat Kohli (65), Shikhar Dhawan (61), and Deepak Chahar (54) went in vain as South Africa completed a hat-trick of wins with a four-run victory in the thrilling third and final ODI to seal a 3-0 series whitewash against India in Cape Town on Sunday. The head coach also admitted that the side missed the likes of Hardik Pandya, Ravindra Jadeja and Axar Patel, who give much-needed all-round options to the side.
SA v IND: He has achieved a lot in his ten-year cricket career, says Dravid on Pujara
"I do recognise that at times, certainly, he'd like to score more. Someone like him sets really high standards for himself. He has achieved a lot in the ten years he has played cricket. He knows the highs he has had and the kind of success, performances, or runs scored in the past. He would like to replicate that and keep doing that over and over again," said Dravid on Pujara in the virtual press conference on the eve of the second Test.
SA v IND: Virat has been phenomenal in the way he has led the team, says Dravid
Dravid remarked, "I think the way he has trained, the way he has practiced, the way he has connected with the group. As a coach, leading into the series there isn't really too much you can do once the game starts. There is not too much control into the results but what you are really looking to do is, as support staff, is to prepare well and get the team into a really good space."
SA v IND: Would love to have more big scores from batting line-up, says Dravid
He also hoped that the second as well as the third Test will give a chance to the batters to step up and convert a good start into a big knock. India, 1-0 up in the three-match series, will be looking to seal the series in the second Test.
SA v IND: Very clear on the playing XI we want for Boxing Day Test, says Dravid
"I think we are very clear within our group of what kind of team (playing eleven) is going to be leading into the Boxing Day Test match. I just like to keep it that way. As someone just from a perspective of a batsman, I would certainly like want to know what will be the opposition's bowling attack and what the team is, and what they are playing. So, I think what we are clear and we don't see the need to inform the opposition of what exactly the eleven is going to be. So, we will see that tomorrow morning at the start of the match," said Dravid
SA v IND: Supporting Kohli is something I am looking forward to, says Dravid
He added that Kohli is one of those cricketers who is keen on evolving and keeps pushing himself. On his third tour of South Africa, Kohli will be itching to lead the Indian team to their maiden series win in the country when the three-match Test series begins from Sunday at SuperSport Park in Centurion.
