Diljit Dosanjh claps back at those saying he disrespected Indian flag at Coachella

A clip featuring Diljit is doing the rounds on social media, where he is seen pointing at a woman waving Tricolour in the crowd and told audience: "Eh mere Punjabi bhain bhraawan layi, mere desh da jhanda laike khadi aa kudi, eh mere desh layi, negativity ton bacho, music saareyan da saanjha (All my Punjabi brothers and sisters, this girl is holding my country's flag. Stay away from negativity. Music is for everyone)."

Badshah, whose real name is Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia, took to Instagram, where he posted a note and apologised. The track had received backlash for using a deities name along with objectionable words. Badshah mentioned that he has already taken "proactive measures" to change some words and would never cause offense to anyone "wilingly or unknowingly."

The singer shared that the idea to redo the song came from the Bollywood superstar himself. Sukhbir had sent Salman two options and he loved them both. The first one was 'Billi Billi Akh', which was released recently, and the second song was a remake of Sukhbir's song 'Dil Kare'. But Salman insisted on getting 'Balle Balle' for his film.
