India's Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said that the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, General Nikolay Patrushev, has arrived here on Tuesday on a two-day visit for a high-level India-Russia inter-governmental consultation on the invitation of India's National Security Advisor, Ajit Doval. The two top security officials are likely to discuss the Afghan situation.
