But things will soon change for her as life will throw a lot of situations in Saumya's path after her marriage with Armaan Oberoi who is a successful personality."
Sony Pictures arm signs deal to merge Co with Zee Entertainment; new firm to be listed in India
SPNI is an indirect subsidiary of Sony Pictures Entertainment. After the closing of the deal, the new company will be publicly listed in India. The closing of the transaction is subject to certain customary closing conditions, including regulatory, shareholder, and third- party approvals. Punit Goenka will lead the combined company as its Managing Director and CEO.
