An ICC prosecutor said on Monday that there is "a reasonable basis to believe that both alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity" are being committed in Ukraine.Accusations against Russia were filed with the ICC by Kiev. The Russian official branded such claims as "hoaxes", the report said.
Kiev TV tower bombed after Kremlin told civilians to flee

At least two large blasts were seen near the foot of the tower, around three miles from central Kiev, at around 5.30 pm local time. It was not immediately clear whether the tower had been the target of the strikes, or whether they had been targeting nearby buildings. The tower remained standing, but several state broadcasts went off air, the report said.

Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration Dmytro Zhyvytskyi said, "Urgently, the village of Nizy in the Sumy region, enemy vehicles are driving through the village of Nizy and its environs! The enemy travels through the villages with white flags and shoots civilians!" Ukrainska Pavda reported. Later, the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration said that a column of enemy vehicles was travelling through Sumy, and there were airstrikes too.
Hardeep Singh Puri, Gen VK Singh & Kiren Rijiju leave for Europe to oversee evacuations

Asked by a reporter on whether Americans should fear a nuclear war, Biden answered with an affirmative "no". On Sunday, Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered that his country's deterrence forces, which include atomic weapons should be put on its highest alert.
