CES 2023: ASUS unveils new ROG laptop line-up
The ROG line-up includes -- Strix SCAR family, Zephyrus M16, Flow X13, XG Mobile, and more. The 2023 Strix family features new models with drastically improved cooling and enlarged 16 and 18-inch screens. The new Zephyrus M16 arrives with an AniMe Matrix display to take the thin-and-light world by storm, and a redesigned Flow X13 and XG Mobile have both been upgraded to take advantage of the latest hardware, according to the company. Moreover, ROG brings Nebula Displays to even more models, and in more form factors.
Intel unveils 13th-gen mobile processors at CES 2023
"The 13th Gen Intel Core mobile processor family delivers unrivalled, scalable performance for leadership platforms across all laptop segments," Michelle Johnston Holthaus, executive vice president and general manager of the Client Computing Group, Intel, said in a statement. "With our industry-leading technologies and unmatched global partner ecosystem, people can expect a high-calibre mobile experience in new and unique form factors-- so they can game or create from anywhere," Holthaus added. The company's a13th Gen Intel Core H-series' mobile processors include the first 24-core processor for a laptop.
Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Ultra promotional image leaked
The tech giant has been working on a bunch of its upcoming products, Galaxy S23 series, the OneUI 5.1 and the Galaxy Book 3 series, which are expected to launch in the same event on February 1, reports Gizmochina. The leaked image of the upcoming Book 3 Ultra showed the device's front view. In the image, the laptop was shown in grey colour, with a design similar to its predecessor.
Samsung may launch foldable screen laptop next year
According to SamMobile, in 2023, Samsung Display plans to produce 8.5 million OLED panels for laptops, a 43 per cent increase over this year. The majority of those panels will go to ASUS, which is currently using LG's foldable OLED panels in its foldable screen laptops.
Apple may launch new MacBook Pro models, iMac in 2023
According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, the tech giant plans to release its new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models with M2 Pro and M2 Max chip options "early next year", reports MacRumors. The laptops were expected to launch this year, but reportedly faced internal delays. Beyond updated chip options and faster RAM, there are not any significant changes expected for the upcoming MacBook Pro models.
Acer launches new 16-inch OLED laptop in India
'Swift Edge' laptop is available at a starting price of Rs 1,24,999 on the company's official e-store and Amazon, Acer said in a statement. The 4K OLED display on the new laptop supports 100 per cent of the DCI-P3 colour gamut and has a peak brightness of 500 nits for movie-quality visuals.
Logitech launches new webcams, headphones in India
Both the webcams and headphones come in three colour options -- graphite, off-white, and rose. A recent study found that when using a laptop's built-in camera, more than 89 per cent of individuals who work from home suffer from unfavourable camera angles, bad lighting, and field-of-view restrictions, the company said in a statement.

The Acer Swift Edge will be available this month for $1,499.99 in the US. It is designed to meet the needs of the modern hybrid workforce in terms of productivity and creativity, said the company.
