NASA, Boeing one step closer to Starliner crewed flight to ISS

Axiom Space's 2nd mission to space station to lift off on Sunday
"Axiom Mission 2 (Ax-2) will be Axiom Space's second all-private astronaut mission to the ISS, marking another pivotal step toward Axiom Station, the world's first commercial space station and successor to the ISS," the company wrote in its mission statement. Russia launches cargo ship to International Space Station
The Soyuz-2.1a carrier rocket blasted off from the Baikonur cosmodrome in Kazakhstan at 9:15 a.m. Moscow time, Roscosmos said in a press release, Xinhua news agency reported. The spacecraft separated from the third stage of the rocket, and its antennas and solar panels opened normally. The ship is scheduled to dock to the ISS on Saturday.

NASA's SpaceX Crew-6 mission scheduled for Feb 26
Crew-6 will send the SpaceX Dragon capsule Endeavour aloft atop a Falcon 9 rocket, which will launch from NASA's Kennedy Space Center in the US, according to a NASA blogpost. The mission will carry NASA astronauts Stephen Bowen and Warren Hoburg, as well as UAE (United Arab Emirates) astronaut Sultan Alneyadi, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Andrey Fedyaev.
Russia to evacuate astronauts from ISS amid emergency
Russian cosmonauts Sergei Prokopyev and Dmitry Petelin together with NASA astronaut Francisco Rubio will return to Earth aboard the Soyuz MS-23 in the next weeks, which is supposed to dock to the ISS on February 22, Xinhua news agency reported, citing a statement by Russia's space agency Roscosmos.

The Orion spacecraft successfully completed a parachute-assisted splashdown in the Pacific Ocean, the space agency said in a blogpost on Sunday. Before powering down Orion and handing it over to the USS Portland's recovery team, engineers will run a number of additional tests while the spacecraft is in the water. Navy divers and other team members will approach the spacecraft in several inflatable boats under the direction of the NASA recovery director.
