The official Android account on Twitter tweeted a photo of the "Pixel Buds A-Series" and said the earbuds "have arrived". The social media post advertised the recently redesigned Fast Pair experience. There is, however, no accompanying Made by Google announcement or Google Store retail listing.

Bengio is expected to lead a new AI research unit at Apple. The new team will report to John Giannandrea, Apple's Senior Vice President of Machine Learning and AI Strategy. Bengio's reported arrival at Apple follows the firings of the co-leaders of Google's AI ethics team, reports Apple Insider.

In a fresh bid to sanitise its Play Store, Google has announced new policies and guidelines to improve app quality and discovery for users. The company said that app title, icon and developer name that do not meet the upcoming policies will not be allowed on Google Play.

Despite just being a simple utility, Google has continued to evolve its clock app with an improved UI, reports Android Police. Google Clock comes with a Bedtime feature, added in June 2020, that helps elevate it over the other competitors on the Play Store competing for users downloads, the report said.

According to 9To5Google, users can now take a screenshot of a foreign language and let Google Lens do the translation without any intermediate step. The exciting new feature is available on the Google Lens Screenshot UI for devices running Android 11+. The translate button will become visible on the screenshot and a click on it will detect and translate the required text quickly.

The astounding growth reflects elevated consumer activity online and broad-based increases in advertiser spending within Google Services. The company reported $17.9 billion as net income and ended the first quarter with $135 billion in cash and marketable securities.

The donation includes two grants from Google.org, Google's philanthropic arm, totalling Rs 20 crore. "The first is to GiveIndia to provide cash assistance to families hit hardest by the crisis to help with their everyday expenses. The second will go to UNICEF to help get urgent medical supplies, including oxygen and testing equipment, to where it's needed most in India," said Sanjay Gupta, Country Head and VP, India.

In a recent blog post related to camera features and the capabilities of the HDR+ algorithm, the company linked a Google Photos gallery full of camera samples taken with already existing Pixel phones. The company shared two images on the blog post. The first image has been taken down, but the EXIF data has already revealed what we needed and it clearly says Google Pixel 5a, GSMArena reported.
