Along with launching new brands, Honasa Consumer Pvt Ltd said that it will continue to aggressively expand distribution for existing brands -- Mamaearth and The Derma Co. -- and explore strategic inorganic growth opportunities in the beauty and personal care segment.

With 118 crore users, India is one of the largest mobile phone users base and a large part of the users operate feature phones. So, enabling UPI payment possible on the most widely used device in the country will take India a step closer to advancing digitisation under the Digital India campaign.

Mukesh Ambani on Wednesday said that India should roll out 5G or fifth-generation technology as a national priority to support India's digital revolution. The Chairman and Managing Director of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) also put special emphasis on completing the migration from 2G to 4G to 5G at the earliest.

Speaking at the InFinity Forum on Friday, Ambani said, "This is just the beginning of what is going to be even more incredible, even more exciting, and even more beneficial. The world is going to be transformed by the 'Digital First' Revolution. The physical world will become subordinate to the digital world."
