Akshara Singh on the other hand had an emotional breakdown because of the backstabbing that she had to face by Pratik Sahejpal in the 'Game of Hearts' task. Basically, Pratik and Zeeshan had an argument during the 'Red Flag' task but it turned more bitter and Zeeshan got physical with Pratik. The fight became so ugly that Bigg Boss asked Zeeshan to leave the 'Bigg Boss OTT' house for going out of control and getting physical with Pratik so as to give him a punishment and teach a lesson to the other housemates.

The contestants were given a task called 'Game of Hearts' but it didn't go well with Pratik Sehajpal and Akshara Singh as at first Pratik accepted the heart and then broke her heart twice. Later, Neha Bhasin gave her heart to Pratik and Akshara to Milind Gaba which led to a tiff between the two ladies. The Day 15 of Bigg Boss OTT aired on Tuesday (24 August) took the entertainment quotient of the show to next level. While the show started with a dramatic turn and many hearts were seen getting broken. The ‘Game of Hearts’ introduced by the Bigg Boss sparked many fights between the house contestants. During these major disputes, Raqesh Bapat suggested that Neha has fallen for Pratik.

On Day 14, Bigg Boss surprised the houseguests with another dramatic task named ‘The Game of Heart’. The idea of the task was pretty unique and blew the minds of the guests. In this task, the female contestants were supposed to give away their hearts made of cardboard sheets to whom they feel they want to switch their connections. The Game of heart task gave power to female contestants as they got the opportunity of dumping their former contestants and forming a new bond.

The house guests got this punishment task after Neha Bhasin dismissed Divya Agrawal, the boss lady’s kitchen duties. After this task, the guests got some fun as former Bigg Boss contestant Hina Khan and Rakhi Sawant entered the house to entertain the guests and give them special tips for their game.

In the early morning of Day 12, Bigg Boss surprised the house contestants with a new task named BB Factory Challenge. During this task, when Zeeshan was trying to steal Nishant's supplies for the task, Pratik got in the middle and tried to stop him. But Zeeshan felt this was very of him he should have focused on his task. After that, Zeeshan and Pratik got into a physical brawl.

For the past few days, the audience noticed that the former Boss lady, Shamit Shetty, and Bossman Raqesh Bapat are unable to run the house and understand the concept of the BB tasks. So, to give the house a new boss lady and man, Bigg Boss surprised the houseguests with a task to elect the new captain for the house for the upcoming week. The contestants decided that Raqesh Bapat and Shamita Shetty should not be given another chance, and hence they both got out of the race.

Rekha said: "Bigg Boss is a very 'naayab' show, that has all drama, action, fun and thrill and what's more, you get a crash course of life itself. And if one is patient and resilient, one will evolve to be one's best self! What could be better poetic justice than that."

During the distribution of the house duties, Pratik gets furious and calls Raqesh spineless after hearing it numerous times, Raqesh loses his patience and breaks down into tears. He says he is not feeling bad for himself, he is feeling bad for his dad who had to see him in this position. Seeing Raqesh in tears, Pratik realizes his mistake and apologizes for his rude tone.
