In a statement issued through BAASK Media, BNA spokesperson Mureed Baloch said: "Gulzar Imam alias Shambay is in custody of Pakistani secretive agencies. He had gone missing some time ago. The organisation investigated the issue and found out through credible evidence that Gulzar Imam alias Shambay is under custody of Pakistani secretive agencies."
Former Balochistan chief justice killed in gun attack

Meskanzai was shot dead while offering Isha prayers at a mosque. The Quetta Bar Association has announced three-day mourning and a boycott of the courts, Geo News reported. "The former chief justice came to offer Isha prayers at a mosque near his residence located in Gazai area of Kharan where unidentified miscreants opened fire at him," Nazir Ahmed Kurd, DIG, Rakhshan Division, told Geo News.
Hindu community protests in Balochistan after desecration of remains of Hindu woman's body

The traders belonging to the community closed all their shops and gathered in the Shahi Bazaar area and joined the march, which was led by Mahraj Ghansham, Dewan Hari Chaand and Dr Nanad Lal. To show solidarity with the Hindu community, religious and political parties also joined the protest. The marchers chanted slogans against the local administration.

In an emailed statement sent to India Narrative, the BLA said that it had first arrested two Pakistani military personnel near Zardaalo, an area in Harnai Balochistan, following which Pakistani helicopters arrived in the area. The BLA said it then shot down at least one chopper near Khost, Harnai.

Contrary to Pak military's report, BRAS claims responsibility for downing helicopter in Balochistan

Earlier on Tuesday, the wreckage of military helicopter that went missing on Monday night carrying senior military officers was found, and the Pakistan military media wing confirmed the death of at least six officers and crew members in the accident, which it claimed had occured due to bad weather. "Freedom fighters of BRAS targeted a low-flying helicopter of Pakistan military. The targeted helicopter crashed near Moosa Goth in Dareji," spokesperson of BRAS Baloch Khan claimed in a statement.
Pak military helicopter goes missing with 6 on board

The helicopter with six people on board was carrying out a flood relief operation in the area, Xinhua news agency reported, citing a statement by the military's media wing Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement. Passengers aboard the helicopter included army's commander of XII-Corps stationed in Quetta, capital city of Balochistan, who was supervising the relief operations in the province, it added.

It is, therefore, requested that nomination of a judge... may kindly be conveyed to this department for the subject purpose".
Protests in Balochistan against 'fake encounter' by Pak security forces

The families of the victims staged a three-day sit-in protest in front of the Governor's house in Quetta and warned that if the culprits of the Ziarat incident are not brought to justice, the protests will be expanded throughout the province indefinitely, Balochistan Post reported. Hundreds marched in Turbat carrying placards and banners, demanding justice for the victims of the alleged fake encounter. The BNP-Mengal also carried out a protest in Dalbandin, Dera Allah Yaar, Chaghi, Noshki, Turbat and Jafarabad against the Ziarat incident.
