The superstar, who played the role of a English professor Sukumar in the comedy film, revealed that the house used in the film to shoot some scenes is now his current Mumbai residence Jalsa.Amitabh took to Instagram on Sunday as he shared a fascinating fact from the film.

The film is a remake of the 2015 Hollywood hit of the same name, starring Robert De Niro and Anne Hathaway. Big B and Deepika have shared screen space in the films "Piku" and "Aarakshan" earlier. The bright yellow poster of their new film presents the two stars in silhouette form, walking towards each other.

Rashmika, who is known for roles in hit Telugu films such as "Geetha Govindam" and "Dear Comrade" among others is amused that fans down South have coined the term "National Crush" to describe her. She prefers to underplay the adulation.

"Goodbye" is Rashmika's second Bollywood film, after the upcoming "Mission Majnu". "I'm truly grateful to be working with Mr. Bachchan, and never did I think that I'd be sharing the screen space with sir so early on in my career. I am totally looking forward for the shoot to start off with him and to make as many memories as possible and have fun. I am sure to learn a lot from him," she says.

The mahurat shot of the film took place in Mumbai on Thursday. Rashmika has already started shooting for the film and Big B will join her on April 4. Producer Ekta Kapoor is excited to work with Bachchan.

"DONE .. vaccination done .. all well .. did Covid test for family and staff yesterday .. results came today .. all good , all negative .. so done the vaccine .. all family done except Abhishek .. he be on location and shall do it on return soon in a few days," Big B wrote in his blog post.

"The world has become a masked wonder. Each one in the human universe and at times some not so human be reminiscent of Zorro the masked wonder ; or the Lone Ranger for the times of the comics," Amitabh Bachchan wrote in a blog post.

In a video message which was played to the audience during the closing ceremony films icon, Amitabh Bachchan said that the successful organisation of the event was an example of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's dictum of turning challenges into opportunities.

In the photograph, Amitabh Bachchan features alongside the film's music director Rajesh Roshan and a young Hrithik. Big B turned nostalgic while recalling the recording of the song titled "Mere paas aao mere doston" for the action-comedy.
