Kamath had shared his experience in a mild stroke in February by saying that various reasons could have contributed to his encounter, such as the death of his father, poor sleep, tiredness, dehydration, and strict workout sessions.

"About six weeks ago, I had a mild stroke unexpectedly. The passing of my father, poor sleep, tiredness, dehydration, and gruelling workout sessions, perhaps could have contributed", Kamath had shared in his earlier post.
