iPhones in 2022 to feature 48MP camera, no mini: Report
According to AppleInsider, citing famed analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple's top-tier "iPhone 14" models will adopt a 1/1.3-inch 48MP CMOS image sensor for wide-angle camera module duties. "We believe that the new 2H2022 iPhone may support direct 48MP output and 12MP (four cells merge output mode) output simultaneously," Kuo said in a note to investors.
Samsung thanks Biden administration for chip supply meeting
Samsung was one of the 19 global firms and the only South Korean company that attended the White House's virtual meeting on Monday (local time), where Biden stressed a need to invest in the semiconductor industry and secure the country's supply chain. Choi Si-young, who heads Samsung's foundry business, reportedly attended the virtual meeting, reports Yonhap news agency.
ASUS unveils two ZenBook laptops in India
Starting at Rs 99,990, ZenBook Duo 14 (UX482) is now available across online and offline channels, while ZenBook Pro Duo 15 OLED (UX582) will be available from mid-May at a starting price of Rs 2,39,990. Amazon Prime Music launches podcasts for users in India
Podcasts will be available on the Amazon Prime Music app on Android and iOS, Web player and Amazon Echo devices. Users will now have access to locally popular shows by creators including Jay Shetty, Cyrus Broacha, Neil Bhatt amongst others as well as international Amazon Originals produced exclusively for Amazon Prime Music customers in multiple languages.

MediaTek unveils 5G chipset for smartphones in India
The company also announced realme as the first smartphone brand in India to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. "The MediaTek Dimensity 700 brings the power of 5G to the India market.
