The Board found that while Facebook's removal of the content may have been consistent with a strict application of the Community Standards, the Community Standards fail to consider the wider context and disproportionately restricted freedom of expression.

Xiaomi no more a Chinese military company, rules US court
The US District Court for the District of Columbia on Tuesday issued a final order vacating the Department of Defense's designation of Xiaomi as a Chinese military company. "The company is grateful for the trust and support of its global users, partners, employees and shareholders. The company reiterates that it is an open, transparent, publicly traded, independently operated and managed corporation," Xiaomi said in a statement.

Google to count high-quality photos, videos in free 15GB quota
The company said that your existing high-quality photos and videos are exempt from this change. "Any photos or videos backed up in high quality before June 1, 2021, will not count toward your Google Account storage. These photos and videos will remain free and exempt from the storage limit," Andy Abramson, Director, Product Management, Google Photos, said in a statement late on Monday.
