At present, digital interventions via wearables and apps targeting physical activity are not equivalently effective for people of low and high socioeconomic status. "Specifically, there is very little evidence that digital physical activity interventions have any efficacy for people of low socioeconomic status, but moderate efficacy for those of high socioeconomic status, both between and within studies," said the new meta-analysis published in the International Journal of Behavioural Nutrition and Physical Activity.

As per a report by WABetaInfo, the WhatsApp features tracker citing the Italian blog Aggiornamenti Lumia, WhatsApp is developing new apps for Windows users. It is said to be a Universal Windows Platform based app that has been developed from the ground up. The app will include a drawing feature that will be particularly useful for devices with touch-screen displays.
Instagram asking users to provide video selfies for account verification
The social media app is asking multiple users to take a short video selfie to verify their existing accounts, said XDA Developers. Instagram had started testing the feature last year but it eventually faced some technical issues. Meta, the parent company, is looking into the feature and it may soon use this feature to reduce the number of fake or spam accounts on the platform.
