Sony PSVR 2 likely to have at least 20 games at launch
According to Engadget, PlayStation VR2 (PSVR 2) may not have a release date yet, but Sony has big plans for it. At an investor briefing, the company revealed that there will be at least 20 "major" PSVR 2 games available at the jump. There will be a blend of first- and third-party titles, the report said.
Android apps on Windows 11 coming to 5 new countries
Currently only available in the US, WSA will launch in France, Germany, Italy, Japan and the UK before the end of the year, reports XDA Developers. The WSA was announced right alongside Windows 11 during an event on June 24, 2021, but it did not officially launch until earlier this year.
Apple raises starting salary for retail workers amid unionisation push
The Wall Street Journal reported that Apple is increasing the hourly rate for retail workers from $20 to $22 per hour and some regions will start higher. The tech giant is also increasing starting salaries amid rising inflation, a tight labour market and unionisation pushes, the report mentioned.

Sony plans to release half of games on PC, Mobile by 2025
A chart shown during the presentation, on annual investor day, suggested that this would be a major increase from its releases this year, when around a quarter of the company's releases will be on PC and mobile, with the remainder split between its PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles, reports The Verge.

Twitter to pay $150 mn for using people's phone numbers to target ads
According to the FTC, Twitter asked users for personal information for the express purpose of securing their accounts, but then "also used it to serve targetted ads for Twitter's financial benefit". "It wasn't Twitter's first alleged violation of the FTC Act, but this one will cost the company $150 million in civil penalties," the FTC said in a statement late on Wednesday.
Apple reportedly discouraging retail workers from forming a union
According to an internal video accessed by The Verge, O'Brien is explicitly discouraging employees from joining a union. "I worry about what it would mean to put another organisation in the middle of our relationship," she was quoted as saying in the report published late on Wednesday.
Jack Dorsey steps down from Twitter's board
