Microsoft discontinues Authenticator app for Apple Watch
The tech giant blamed this decision on watchOS being "incompatible with Authenticator security features," reports 9To5Mac. However, the iPhone's Authenticator application is unaffected by this change. In December last year, the company had announced that its two-step verification application will no longer support the Apple Watch as it will discontinue the application soon.
Quora opens up its AI chatbot app Poe for public use
Poe (Platform for Open Exploration) was initially available on iOS, but the company said that it will add support for all major platforms in the next few months, along with more bots. Poe functions similarly to a text messaging app, but for AI models users can communicate with the models separately.
Twitch rolling out new 'Chat History' feature
The company tweeted from its @TwitchSupport account on Monday: "Starting today we'll be rolling out Chat History for everyone! Catch up with what's happening on the channel - chat will load the last 50 messages or last hour of chat, whichever is less." On the post, when one user commented, "(Assuming I'm not dumb and understand this properly). So someone who's just come into the stream will have the last 50/last hour of chat available to read and know anything they missed, cus that is awesome."

Microsoft set to integrate ChatGPT into Bing Search
This comes after Google announced its ChatGPT rival chatbot "Bard". According to The Verge, the event invite says that Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella will "share some progress on some exciting projects". Twitter under Musk not doing enough to curb child abuse content: Report
The New York Times found images containing 10 child abuse victims in 150 instances "across multiple accounts" on Twitter. "Child sexual abuse imagery spreads on Twitter even after the company is notified: One video drew 120,000 views," the report mentioned.The platform reportedly took down some of the disturbing content after the Canadian Centre for Child Protection notified the micro-blogging platform.
'For You' tab to stay on users' preferred timeline on Twitter
The company tweeted from its @TwitterSupport account on Monday: "This is live for Android and iOS! Update to the latest version of the app so that 'For you' and 'Following' will default to whichever tab you had open last." Last month, the micro-blogging platform rolled out the same feature to its web version.
