Augmenting Rural Connectivity via BharatNet
In a connected development, BSNL has entered into a partnership with Polycab India Limited to implement the Amended BharatNet Project in the states of Karnataka, Goa, and Puducherry. Financed by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) under the Digital Bharat Network (DBN) initiative, the project will cover all settled Gram Panchayats (GPs) and villages in these states with high-speed broadband.

Enhancing Network Infrastructure
BSNL has also made notable strides in its infrastructure development. Over the past year, the telecom giant has installed 100,000 4G towers, out of which approximately 70,000 are now operational and delivering improved performance across various regions.
