Their contributions propelled India to a formidable total of 235 for 4, ranking as the team's fifth-highest score in T20Is. Suryakumar Yadav's quick cameo of 19 off 10 balls and Rinku Singh's explosive unbeaten 31 off 9 deliveries bolstered India's formidable total.

Australia's pursuit of the 236-run target began with a promising start from openers Steve Smith and Mathew Short. However, Ravi Bishnoi's impactful spell turned the tide as he swiftly dismissed Short and Josh Inglis.

Despite the setback, Marcus Stoinis and Tim David initiated a brisk 81-run partnership, reviving Australia's hopes. However, Bishnoi's dismissal of David, who scored 37 off 22 balls, and Mukesh Kumar's crucial wicket of Stoinis, halting him at 45 off 25 balls, dented Australia's resurgence.

Although Mathew Wade contributed with a commendable 42, Australia fell short in their chase, unable to surpass India's imposing total. Despite the valiant efforts from various players, India emerged victorious, showcasing their dominance in the series with a commanding performance.
