ICC's biggest T20 tournament, T20 World Cup is back with the eighth edition. The tournament will be hosted and scheduled to be played in Australia from October 16, 2022, to November 13, 2022. The tournament was to be held in 2020, however, due to Covid Pandemic, the International Cricket Council (ICC) postponed the tournament. In August 2020, the ICC confirmed that Australia would host the rearranged tournament in 2022, with the T20 World Cup scheduled to take place in India in 2021 as originally planned, but was later moved to UAE. Hosts Australia is also the defending champions. Here are all the details of teams, squad, timing, telecast, and Live Streaming of the T20 World cup 2022:

T20 World cup 2022 Groups

Twelve teams will be participating in the tournament. India, Australia, New Zealand, England, Pakistan, Afghanistan, South Africa, and Bangladesh are the 8 confirmed teams, and four teams from Sri Lanka, West Indies, UAE, Netherlands, Namibia, Scotland, Zimbabwe, and Ireland will capture the last four spots in the qualifier round will take place ahead of the tournament and the Group A and B winners and the Runner-ups will grab the spot of 9th to 12th. The group stage qualifier will start on October 16, 2022.
