Edulji's impact transcended the playing field, as she played a pioneering role in establishing one of the most successful domestic teams in Indian women's cricket history. In her administrative role with Western Railways, Edulji championed employment opportunities for female cricketers in India, leaving an enduring legacy and shaping the sports policy of Western and Indian Railways.
