Pakistan's Fakhar Zaman, Thailand skipper Naruemol crowned ICC Players of the Month for April
Fakhar won the ICC Men's Player of the Month award and Thailand skipper Chaiwai secured the ICC Women's Player of the Month after both produced dominant match-winning performances for their countries in the One-Day International (ODI) format, the ICC informed in a media release.

Suryakumar set the world of men's T20I cricket alight in 2022 and also won the ICC Men's T20I Player of the Year award. Though he hasn't found his groove in ODI cricket yet, Suryakumar, who averages 44.75 in first-class cricket, has been included in India's 17-member Test squad for the first two Tests against Australia starting from February 9 in Nagpur.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Friday announced the complete schedule for the inaugural edition of the ICC U19 Women's T20 World Cup, which is set to be held in South Africa. The tournament is scheduled to begin on January 14, 2023, and the final is set to take place on January 29, 2023. Also, January 30, 2023, has been kept as a reserve day for the final.

"I'm incredibly humbled and honoured to have won the player of the month award from the ICC -- more humbling that I'm the first Zimbabwean to ever win such an award," said Sikandar Raza. Raza's three centuries for the month came against world-class attacks, with the right-hander's unbeaten 135 against Bangladesh at the start of the month arguably the pick of the bunch.
