Despite Rilee Rossouw's valiant 61 off 27 balls for Punjab Kings, the team faltered under the pressure of the mammoth chase, collapsing to 181 all out in 17 overs. Karn Sharma's pivotal twin strikes initiated the downfall, supported by stellar performances from Swapnil Singh, Karn Sharma, and Lockie Ferguson, who claimed two wickets each, while Mohammed Siraj scalped three crucial wickets.

Patidar's aggressive stroke play, coupled with Kohli's calculated aggression, laid the foundation for RCB's imposing total.
