According to reports, Saina returned positive in her third round of Covid-19 test on Monday. She was slated to take on Kisona Selvaduray of Malaysia in her opening round contest on Tuesday. While the news of her positive Covid-19 test has not been confirmed by the BWF, the official website of the Badminton World Federation did show the walkover result.
Smith was not removing Pant's guard in SCG Test: Paine
Paine said that Smith was disappointed at the way his act was portrayed. On Monday, the stump vision camera caught the Aussie batsman at the crease trying to wipe off Pant's batting guard with his shoes.
