Gritty Ukraine bounced back from two goals down but Denzel Dumfries's late winner helped the Netherlands snatch a 3-2 win on home soil in Euro 2020 on Sunday. The third match-day also saw Austria overpower North Macedonia 3-1. England broke their opening Euro match jinx after beating Croatia 1-0 .
Novak Djokovic rallies to win French Open; his 19th Grand Slam title
It was the top seed Serb's second French Open title and 19th Grand Slam title in all. With it, Djokovic has become the first man in the Open Era to win all four majors twice. Exhibiting remarkable temperament, despite losing the first two sets, Djokovic, 34, rallied calmly and won the last three sets against 22-year-old Tsitsipas to walk away with the trophy.
WTC: Heavy-scoring Indians have edge over NZ batsmen
While India have as many as five batsmen among top 15 top scorers in the tournament, New Zealand have none. New Zealand's batting mainstay, skipper Kane Williamson, is the highest placed, at 16th in the list with 817 runs scored at 58.35. Part of the reason why he is so low in the run-getters' list is because he has played just nine matches as against the Indians above him in the list who have played many more games.

Barbora-Katerina clinch French Open women's doubles title

The ECB recently suspended pace bowler Ollie Robinson for eight-year-old racist and sexist tweets, while ace pace bowler James Anderson and batsman Jos Buttler were caught in a social-media storm after some of their cheeky tweets from the past resurfaced. In the wake of the episodes, the ECB said it will have a social media review.
CSK skipper Dhoni 'tests his fitness' with a Shetland pony
Dhoni's wife Sakshi has posted a video of the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) skipper racing with a Shetland pony in his Ranchi farmhouse. In the short video, Dhoni can be seen initially pushing the horse to gallop faster, but once the white pony gathers pace, the former India skipper is seen lagging behind by a few yards.
