Stylish India opener Smriti Mandhana has leaped three places to a second position in the ICC Women's ODI Batting Rankings and is up one place to third in the ICC Women's T20I Player Rankings following fine knocks against Australia and the West Indies over the past week.
Left-arm bowler hit 105 in the final match of their ICC Women's Championship series against Australia in Perth and 54 in the first match of a T20I series against the West Indies in Mumbai to feature in the most recent rankings update that also considers performances in the final ODI between South Africa and England in Potchefstroom.
The ODI batting rankings see England opener Tammy Beaumont move two places to 11th after an unbeaten 65 helped clinch the South Africa series 2-1, and India's Harleen Deol rise nine places to 64th, even as a trio of Australians made notable gains after their team's 3-0 win.
Ashleigh Gardner has moved up one place to 16th with 50 in Perth, Tahlia McGrath has progressed from 32nd to 24th with an unbeaten 56 and Annabell Sutherland is up 15 places to 29th after a match-winning 110.
Gardner has also moved up two places to a career-best-equalling third position in the bowling rankings with a haul of five for 30 and has moved up from fourth to second in the all-rounders' list. Sutherland is in the top 20 of the bowling rankings.
Others to move up this list are South Africa's Marizanne Kapp, who has moved two places into fourth position after a haul of three for 24 and the England trio of Charlie Dean (up two places to seventh), Nat Sciver Brunt (up one place to 16th) and Lauren Bell (up four places to 21st).
Indian seam bowler Arundhati Reddy shot up 48 places to 51st after a haul of four for 26, while Renuka Thakur inched up from 28th to joint-26th.
In the T20I rankings, skipper Harmanpreet Kaur features in the top 10 while Jemimah Rodrigues has moved up six slots to 15th position after a fine 73. In the bowling rankings, Deepti Sharma has moved up two places to take second position in the bowling rankings and Titas Sadhu is up to 52nd.
All-rounder Deandra Dottin moves 21 places forward to 59th for the West Indies after a half-century. Qiana Joseph moves up 22 places to 65th among batters, while Karishma Ramharack is up six places to 20th among bowlers.
