England all-rounder and captain Ben Stokes achieved a marvellous milestone when he took his 200th Test wicket, thus making him the third player ever in cricket history to make a double of 200 wickets and 6,000 runs. He took Kirk McKenzie during the second innings of the first Test against the West Indies at Lord's on Thursday.

With this performance, Stokes assumes a place in the exclusive list of three cricketers in Test matches who have taken 200 wickets and scored 6,000 runs. The other two legends who share a place with Stokes in this exclusive club are West Indies' Garfield Sobers and South Africa's Jacques Kallis.

On the same day, he also claimed the wicket of Mikyle Louis; he now has 201 wickets. In England's first innings of 371 all out, he contributed four runs bringing his overall run tally to 6,320.

This masterpiece was first invented by Garfield Sobers, who retired with 235 wickets and 8,032 runs. Another stalwart of the game, Jacques Kallis, retired with 13,289 runs and 292 wickets.
