Tejashwi Yadav Promises to Reveal Identity of ‘DK’ Soon

The RJD leader has further intensified his attack on the Nitish Kumar-led government by alleging the existence of a shadow power figure referred to as "DK Boss."

Addressing media persons in Bagaha, West Champaran, Yadav accused Chief Minister Nitish Kumar of losing control over the administration, stating, "The Chief Minister of Bihar is not in his senses; he is not able to run Bihar."

Yadav claimed that there is wide scale corruption at block and police station levels in Bihar. He links the "DK Tax" as suggesting that every other illegal activities help this phantom "DK". Yadav stated that "DK" is actually running Bihar's government, to whom he gives the title Boss, and added that the government was being operated on his own directions.

Yadav announced that he would soon reveal the identity of "DK Boss" and bring before the public proof of corruption and illegal recoveries. Yadav said, "In the coming time, I will reveal who is DK Boss, how the recovery is being done, and what deeds are being carried out. We will put all these things in front of the public."

Tejashwi Yadav visited Bagaha in West Champaran for an event and ruled out any possibility of an alliance with Chief Minister Nitish Kumar before the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections.

Yadav categorically said, "There is no meaning in it. We will not hit the axe on our foot," ruling out political alliance with Nitish Kumar. This statement came amidst the growing speculations over shifting alliances in Bihar's vibrant political scenario.

It has indicated that the RJD would chart its own course but indicated skepticism regarding any form of accommodation with Nitish Kumar's leadership, which Tejashwi has regularly critiqued as incompetent and characterised by charges of corruption.
