The first file pertained to the implementation of six guarantees promised by the Congress party to the people of Telangana. The second file reflected his commitment to fulfilling a campaign promise made to Rajini, a woman with Dwarfism. During the election campaign, Reddy had pledged to provide Rajini with her first government job if the Congress party came to power.

Reddy announced the immediate dismantling of the iron fencing in front of the Chief Minister's official residence, Pragati Bhavan. He further declared the renaming of Pragati Bhavan to Jyotirao Phule Praja Bhavan, demonstrating symbolic changes under the new administration. Revanth Reddy assured the public of regular interactions through Praja Durbar at Praja Bhavan, scheduled for 10 a.m. on Friday.

Pledging to address the problems of the people as a son and brother, Revanth Reddy envisioned the onset of "Indiramma Rajyam" in Telangana, focusing on social justice and inclusive development. He committed to providing justice to students, the unemployed, and the families of martyrs, emphasizing a comprehensive approach to state welfare and development.
