Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is mentioned in the charge sheet for acquiring five acres of agricultural land in Amipur from Pahwa in April 2006 and later selling the same land back to Pahwa in February 2010.

The charge sheet notes discrepancies in transactions, stating, "Pahwa was receiving cash out of the books for the purpose of acquisition of land. It was also noticed that Robert Vadra did not pay the entire sale consideration to Sh. Pahwa." The investigation is ongoing in this regard.
