RJD acting against Sudhakar Singh as he is from upper caste: BJP
BJP's Bihar spokesman Ram Sagar Singh claimed that caste factor is the priority of the RJD and Tejashwi Yadav's claims of being an 'A to Z' party is just an eyewash. "The RJD has taken action against Sudhakar Singh as he belongs to the upper caste (Rajput) but Chandra Shekhar has the Yadav surname and hence action is not being initiated against him. For Sudhakar Singh, Tejashwi has done karwai (action) and for Chandra Shekhar Yadav, he has given dawai (medicine)..." he said.

Delhi HC restrains CBI from acting on Lokpal's direction to probe MCD officials
The court said: "The CBI shall not proceed with the investigation under the impugned order. It is however clarified that if there are any specific complaints which are received by Lokpal against any other officials of the MCD or in general against unauthorised constructions, there would be no interdiction of the Lokpal proceedings, in accordance with law, in such a matter."
