PM Modi to inaugurate 3 medical colleges, AIIMS in Assam
Speaking to mediapersons in Guwahati on Sunday, Sarma said: "The three recently built medical colleges -- Nalbari, Kokrajhar and Nagaon have received the approval of National Medical Commission (NMC) to start intake for the MBBS courses. The Prime Minister will inaugurate the three medical colleges virtually from Guwahati on April 14."
Now Assam CM to file a defamation against Rahul Gandhi over Adani tweet
Sarma said the defamation case will be filed after the conclusion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to the state on April 14.
"Whatever Rahul Gandhi has said on Twitter is a slanderous comment," he said, adding that due to the ongoing preparations for PM Modi's scheduled April 14 visit in Guwahati he has to wait to lodge the suit.

Nine convoy vehicles followed his jeep in the jungle, authorities said. PM Modi started his safari from Bandipur campus and traversed about 12 kms in the deep jungles.
