Grand Reception Planned for PM Modi's Arrival in Ayodhya on December 30

The Yogi Adityanath administration is gearing up for an extravagant reception of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Ayodhya on December 30, orchestrating a massive gathering of three lakh individuals for his public address and adorning his 15-km long roadshow with a cascade of flower petals.

The BJP district presidents from Barabanki, Sultanpur, Ambedkar Nagar, and other neighboring districts are actively mobilizing people for the Prime Minister’s public gathering.

Ayodhya's prominent Mutts and temples are set to extend a warm welcome to the Prime Minister, with the Mutts organizing stages along the route for the occasion. Raju Das, the priest of Hanuman Garhi in Ayodhya, expressed, “Seers of Ayodhya will welcome Modi during the roadshow. We will shower rose petals on the Prime Minister.”

The state government is diligently working on embellishing all major routes leading to Ram Janmabhoomi with depictions from the Ramayana. According to the Ayodhya Development Authority, terracotta artworks and murals are being installed along the Dharm Path, illustrating various events from Lord Sri Ram’s life. Scenes such as Sri Ram’s court, the slaying of Khar-Dushan, and Kaikeyi’s ‘Kopabhavan Gaman’ will be showcased.

Vishal Singh, vice chairman of the Ayodhya Development Authority, stated, “This initiative not only provides a cultural guidepost for pilgrims but also bridges the gap between the sacred past and the dynamic present, enhancing the spiritual journey for those who traverse this path.”
