During a women's rally held in Maharashtra's Dhule district as part of the ongoing 'Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra', Congress leader Rahul Gandhi unveiled the "Mahila Nyay" guarantees, aiming to empower women across the nation. Furthermore, Gandhi proposed the establishment of Savitribai Phule hostels in every district, providing residential facilities exclusively for women. To bolster women's awareness of their rights and facilitate legal assistance, he proposed the appointment of nodal officers dedicated to their cause.

Reflecting on his extensive interactions during previous yatras, Gandhi stressed the significance of "Nyay" (justice), acknowledging the prevalent grievances of farmers, youth, and women stemming from perceived injustices. He criticized the preferential treatment afforded to industrialists, highlighting the disparity in debt relief for farmers and youth.
