Moreover, PM Modi accused the Congress of persistently advocating for reservations based on religion, citing instances from their election manifestos in 2009 and 2014. He accused the Congress of seeking to reallocate quotas intended for Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs), and OBCs to Muslims for political gain. Additionally, PM Modi criticized the Congress's proposal for an inheritance tax on private properties, attributing it to their ulterior motives.

In his address, PM Modi also highlighted the developmental strides made in Madhya Pradesh over the past decade, asserting that the state had transitioned from being categorized as BIMARU (lagging in development) during the Congress era to a progressive state under BJP rule.
