Amit Shah Confirms UCC Implementation Under Modi's Third Term

Speaking at an election gathering in Bihar’s Begusarai district, Amit Shah stated: “The INDI Alliance leaders assert that if they seize power at the Centre, they will introduce triple talaq and Muslim personal law nationwide. However, they will neither ascend to power nor implement triple talaq and Muslim personal law. The BJP will secure power and instate UCC nationwide.”

Union Home Minister Amit Shah announced on Monday that the administration led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi would enforce the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) across the nation once the ongoing Lok Sabha elections are triumphed.

“Opposition leaders are also proclaiming to reinstate Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. I want to notify Rahul Gandhi that as long as a single BJP member exists, Section 370 in J&K cannot be reinstated,” he remarked.

The Home Minister also noted that numerous youths in Bihar have succumbed to Maoist disturbances.

“However, PM Narendra Modi has quelled Maoist activities in Bihar and Jharkhand. He has also eradicated the culture of strikes and homicides from Bihar,” Amit Shah emphasized.

During the rally, the Home Minister also directed criticism towards RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav.

“Following the departure of the ‘fodder-stealing’ regime, the administrations of Narendra Modi and Nitish Kumar spared no effort in propelling Bihar forward,” he asserted.

“Despite the Congress and Lalu Prasad's prolonged tenure in power, they only denigrated former Chief Minister Karpoori Thakur. It was PM Narendra Modi who posthumously bestowed Bharat Ratna upon him,” Amit Shah added.

He also urged the people of Begusarai to vote for BJP candidate, Union Minister Giriraj Singh.
